If your order is incorrect, incomplete, damaged or articles of clothing do not fit upon receipt, we will accept an exchange of the product(s) within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item(s), Do It 4 W Foundation will then provide a full exchange of the same item(s), of equivalent value. Please allow 1-2 weeks for exchanges to be processed. WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. We ONLY ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we can NOT accept or fulfill international orders. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
