William Clarence Hudson, Jr., affectionately known as W.C., was a true son of Garner, North Carolina, where his journey began and his indomitable spirit thrived. From the fertile fields to the golf course, W.C. was a hard-working force, always pushing the boundaries of personal growth.

A devoted husband to Cindy and a proud father to Brighton and Jordan, W.C. brought his unwavering work ethic to the professional arena, spending 25 impactful years at Grifols (formerly Talecris and Bayer). His journey within the company, marked by dedication and leadership, left an enduring legacy.

Beyond the corporate realm, W.C. was deeply invested in the fabric of his community. Coaching was not just a pastime but a passion, as he lent his expertise to the Garner Optimist Club basketball, church league basketball, and various travel baseball teams. His commitment extended to leadership roles, including President of the Garner Optimist Club, Treasurer of the McCullers Ruritan Club, and serving on the board of Garner Baseball Inc.
